SeasonFlix Global — Terms & Conditions

SeasonFlix Global is a learning and career-development platform owned and operated by Danchris Healthcare Ltd (CAC RC 1972061), a company incorporated in Nigeria. In these Terms, “SeasonFlix”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Danchris Healthcare Ltd operating the SeasonFlix Global platform.

By creating an account, purchasing a program or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Do not share your password.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your location to hold an account.

SeasonFlix offers Season-based educational programs across Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health & Wellness, Real Estate and the QWAMP specialised training program. When you enrol in or purchase a program, we grant you a personal, non-transferable right to access the program on the platform for the period we make it available. Program contents, curriculum details and timelines may be updated to reflect improvements or corrections.

Prices are shown before checkout in the currency indicated. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Paystack. Payment providers may apply their own fees, restrictions or fraud checks. Access is granted after we receive a successful payment confirmation. If a payment succeeds but access is not granted, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Program content, videos, downloadable resources, examinations, practical exercises and assessments are provided for your personal learning. Learners who complete the required activities may be awarded a SeasonFlix certificate for the program. Certificates are educational recognition of your completion and do not constitute a professional or regulatory licence.

QWAMP (Quantum Wellness Analysis Mastery Program) is an educational and professional wellness-analysis training program. QWAMP is not a medical diagnostic service, does not diagnose disease, does not prescribe treatment, and does not guarantee any particular health outcome. Learners are expected to apply what they learn responsibly and, where clinical questions arise, to refer to appropriately qualified medical professionals.

The platform, its content, brand elements, curricula, videos, examinations and certificates remain the property of Danchris Healthcare Ltd, its licensors or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, extract or scrape platform content except as expressly permitted. Your account gives you personal access to learn — it does not transfer ownership.

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, entitlement gates, examinations, certificate rules or platform security.
• Do not share accounts, cheat on assessments or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive or that violates another person’s rights.
• Do not interfere with normal operation of the platform.

SeasonFlix may operate a referral / rewards program. Participation is optional. Any rewards or commissions are earned only in accordance with the rules in effect at the time of a qualifying transaction.

Income is not guaranteed. Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, and no representation is made that participants will earn a particular amount. Referral / reward amounts arising from a transaction that is subsequently refunded or reversed may be reversed or adjusted, because a refunded transaction is not a qualifying transaction.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or to specific features where we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law, or platform integrity has been violated (for example fraud, chargeback abuse, bypassing access controls, or cheating on assessments). Where practical we will provide a reason. You may close your account by contacting us at qwamp123@gmail.com. Certain records (such as accounting records) may need to be kept for a period after closure to meet legal obligations.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Educational content is provided for learning and is not a substitute for professional advice in any specific case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Danchris Healthcare Ltd and its officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, arising out of or relating to the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date above and, where the change is material, take reasonable steps to notify you (for example through the platform or by email). Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
